Job summary

Arcturus Healthcare PLC in Troy is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate protocols, recruit subjects, enroll participants, and conduct follow-up in a busy internal medicine research office.

Under the direction of the Research Manager, Director of Research, PI and/or Sub-I, you will ensure good clinical practice and maintain study documentation while communicating clearly with sponsors, physicians, and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacology, or health-related field required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) and using tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform clinical research activities, including subject recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up of protocols.
• Read and understand research protocols; maintain study-related procedures and events on CRFs or EDC.
• Communicate effectively with subjects, research team, principal investigators, sponsors and healthcare providers.
• Ensure good clinical practice and adherence to HIPAA regulations in all research activities.
• Prepare for and participate in audits by sponsors and regulators.
• Multitask and organize files/workspace; work well in an open office setting.
