Apex Research Group is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator with strong phlebotomy skills to join our Reno, Nevada team on-site. The role requires coordinating studies from startup through close-out, ensuring quality data and participant safety.

The ideal candidate has prior clinical research or medical office experience, proficiency in phlebotomy, and solid organizational skills to manage multiple trials while maintaining regulatory compliance and high data standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research coordination or medical office environments.
• Proficient phlebotomy skills including venipuncture and specimen handling.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage studies from start-up through close-out.
• Conduct pre-screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits per protocol.
• Coordinate informed consent and regulatory documentation per GCP.
• Schedule study visits within visit windows and maintain source documentation.
• Monitor timelines, participant compliance, and protocol deviations; assist recruitment.
