Job summary

Arcturus Healthcare Plc is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant in Troy, MI. The role focuses on coordinating protocol activities, subject recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up under the Research Manager and PI.

You will assist with CRFs/EDC, monitor visits, data queries, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining excellent communication with patients and the research team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Biology, Pharmacology, or health-related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and medical data capabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Research Coordinator with subject procedures and study preparation.
• Read and understand research protocols; maintain CRFs/EDC data.
• Support monitoring visits, data queries, AE reports, and deviations.
• Communicate with subjects, investigators, sponsors, and staff.
• Help with audits preparation and sponsor/regulator interactions.
• Demonstrate multitasking, organization, and self-direction in an open office.
• Assist in recruitment by reviewing records and identifying eligible subjects.
