Job summary

Iterative Health in Troy, MI seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently manage industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up to closeout, ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

You will lead patient recruitment, manage visit schedules, collect data, and support monitoring visits, audits, and site improvements while partnering with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCRC® or CCRP® or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage visit schedules, protocol-related activities, and timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention including chart review and informed consent discussions.
• Conduct protocol-required visits and procedures following GCP and site SOPs.
• Process specimens, ensure proper documentation, and maintain CTMS updates.
• Support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Maintain study equipment, supplies, and investigational products onsite.
• Ensure data quality and timely resolution of data queries.
• Communicate with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Protect human research participants and comply with privacy and regulatory standards.
