Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support multi-site Phase I-IV studies in AZ. The role focuses on screening, consent, and follow-up visits, with data entry in EDC and logging communications with investigators.

Candidates should have a medical-related credential and at least one year of clinical research experience. The CRC will ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and SOPs, coordinating with investigators, staff, and sponsors to

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT credential OR Associate’s degree AND a minimum of 1 year of clinical research or clinical experience.
• Proficiency with basic clinical procedures such as blood pressure, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, etc. is highly preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients for study enrollment and obtaining patient consents.
• Documenting in source charts and entering data in EDC; monitor data queries.
• Obtain vital signs, ECGs, and possibly basic lab procedures per protocol.
• Maintain logs, study supplies, and schedule subjects for visits; assist with site initiation visits.
