Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to ensure compliant execution of studies at our site network. The CRC II will screen and consent patients, manage visits, document data, collect vitals, and support regulatory activities per FDA, GCP, and HIPAA guidelines.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry in EDC, coordination with investigators, and maintaining study logs while ensuring patient safety and protocol integrity across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT credential and 2+ years of clinical research coordination experience.
• Proficiency with basic clinical procedures (blood pressure, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy) is highly preferred.
• CCR/C germ and BLS credentials are preferred and beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for study enrollment.
• Obtain patient consents and conduct follow-up visits.
• Document in source clinic charts and enter data in EDC.
• Obtain vital signs and ECGs as per protocol.
• Notify and coordinate with sponsors/IRB for SAE/Deviation reporting.
