Job summary

Roster Talent is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Las Vegas to support multiple ongoing clinical trials. This site-based role balances patient interaction, study coordination, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced specialty medical practice.

You will oversee day-to-day study activities, recruit and screen participants, ensure GCP, FDA and IRB adherence, maintain source docs, coordinate visits, and communicate with investigators, sponsors, monitors and vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in a specialty clinical research setting.
• Experience interacting with sponsors, CROs, and monitors.
• CRC, CCRC, or comparable clinical research certification.
• Experience coordinating industry-sponsored clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for multiple clinical research studies.
• Recruit, screen, schedule, and follow up with study participants.
• Conduct informed consent discussions and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate source documentation and study records.
• Manage study binders, regulatory files, and essential trial documentation.
• Respond to sponsor, CRO, and monitor communications promptly.
• Prepare for and participate in site initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits.
• Coordinate study visits and ensure protocol-specific procedures are followed.
• Track participant progress and maintain study timelines.
• Collaborate with investigators and research staff to ensure regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Review study requirements and ensure adherence to GCP, FDA, and IRB guidelines.
• Assist with adverse event reporting and protocol deviation documentation.
