Job summary

Ascension in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Research Coordinator to support the administrative and clinical aspects of multiple research projects within the Research Department. The role involves collaboration with the principal investigator, sponsor, and staff to plan and evaluate protocols, recruit participants, monitor safety, and handle regulatory tasks.

The position requires coordinating communications, materials, and IRB-related documents while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Certification in Research Professional preferred.
• Research Professional preferred.
• Relevant education or experience as above.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and clinical aspects of multiple research projects.
• Collaborate with PI, sponsor and staff to plan, conduct and evaluate protocols.
• Assist with recruitment, scheduling and monitoring of participants and manage adverse events and compliance.
• Coordinate preparation and delivery of departmental communications and educational materials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with audits.
• Coordinate IRB activities and prepare required documents.
