Job summary

Advancedderm is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support the daily clinical trial activities under the supervision of the Principal Investigator. You will collaborate with the PI, department, sponsor, and institution to administer compliance, financial, and staffing aspects of the study.

You will assist in feasibility assessments, protocol review, regulatory submissions, and training; coordinate subject recruitment, enrollment, and study procedures, and ensure accurate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Clinical Research Professional (CRP) certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and IATA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Principal Investigator, department, and administration to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations and sponsor policies.
• Assist the PI in study feasibility assessments and review the protocol.
• Prepare regulatory submissions (IRB, etc.) and study materials, and maintain regulatory binders.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies; screen and enroll subjects per protocol.
• Coordinate participant tests, collect specimens, and ensure timely data collection (CRFs, logs).
• Maintain study timelines, inventory, and closeout documentation with sponsor requirements.
