The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in clinical research, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with EDC and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a clinical research coordinator or related role.
• Experience with study start-up, budget negotiations, and site regulatory submissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage various clinical research study aspects including recruitment and informed consent.
• Collaborate with investigators and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth study operations.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Schedule visits, manage participant appointments, and monitor progress.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents to authorities and ethics committees.
• Collect and manage study data with high attention to detail.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events per protocols.
• Contribute to study reports and publications and communicate with sponsors.
• Stay up-to-date with regulations and best practices in clinical research.
