Job summary

Cincinnati Children's is seeking Clinical Research Coordinators to support innovative clinical and translational research programs across multiple specialties. CRCs may coordinate participant recruitment and enrollment, conduct study visits, manage regulatory documentation, collect and process specimens, oversee study data, and ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific/health field and ≥1 year of related work experience, or a Master's degree.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Coordinating day-to-day research study activities
  • Recruiting, screening, consenting, and retaining study participants
  • Scheduling and conducting study visits

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
