Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or higher in medical/science field (or related Bachelor's).
• Experience: 2 years with HS diploma or 1 year with Associate's degree.
• Preferred: CPR/CPR AED depending on location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visits, schedules, and protocol requirements for trials.
• Assist research staff with protocol-related tasks.
• Review medical records for eligibility criteria.
• Enter data into case report forms and maintain study documentation.
• Support data queries and regulatory submissions deadlines.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with QA/QC and study audits; help with IRB modifications.
• Recruit and enroll patients; obtain consent with training.
• May perform phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs per study needs.
• Handle supplies and assist with closeout activities.
