Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant II to support multiple clinical studies. You will recruit, screen, consent, enroll participants, coordinate visits, and manage data through CRFs and EPIC.

You will assist with laboratory activities, QA/QC checks, and regulatory documentation under supervision of the PI and CR coordinators. The role may involve phlebotomy, vital signs, EKGs, and assisting with study start-up and closeout.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in medical or science field or Bachelor's Degree in medical or science field.
• Experience: 2 years with HS Diploma or 1 year with Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll participants; obtain informed consent.
• Coordinate study visits and document procedures.
• Enter data into CRFs and EDC systems; maintain data quality.
• Support monitoring, IRB submissions, and regulatory records.
• Assist with specimen handling, phlebotomy, vitals, and EKG as needed.
