The University of Virginia School of Nursing seeks a highly organized Clinical Research Coordinator 2 (CRC 2), non-licensed, to support federally funded research focused on reproductive and maternal health outcomes, with emphasis on persons with disabilities. The CRC will collaborate with the PI and a multidisciplinary team across NIH-funded projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; relevant coursework or certifications may be considered.
• At least 1 year of clinical research experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience coordinating regulatory documentation and study protocols emphasized.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of research protocols with the PI and team.
• Manage study timelines, milestones, and regulatory requirements across projects.
• Prepare and maintain IRB applications, amendments, continuing reviews, consent documents, and other materials.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, informed consent, scheduling, and retention.
• Develop and maintain REDCap databases and ensure data completeness and quality.
• Ensure study records and SOPs are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
