Job summary

1459 Illingworth Research Group (USA) Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support multi-site trials.

The role covers start-up activities, regulatory documentation, site files, patient scheduling, data entry, and coordination with the PI. Travel up to 100% and flexible schedules may be required.

You will ensure GCP compliance, manage Case Report Forms, monitor AE/SAE, and assist with audits while maintaining TMF and study files.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse and/or University Degree such as Bachelor of Science Degree required.
• Clinical Research certification preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in clinical research required, 2+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of regulations, ICH GCP, privacy, and applicable guidelines.
• Problem solving, planning, and evaluation skills.
• Good time management, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a team focus.
• Knowledge of SOP writing.
• Ability to anticipate problems and provide timely solutions.
• Ability to coordinate multiple clinical research projects with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in use of various clinical trial EDC software preferred.
• CRC II onsite support one day per week for 6–8 weeks, then 1–2 visits per month.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare trial documents and TMF for the study.
• Coordinate start-up activities including clinic logistics and training.
• Monitor regulatory documentation and communicate with auditors.
• Support PI with delegation log, scheduling, and monitor visits.
• Manage daily tasks and visit calendars; enrollment and follow-up.
• Travel up to 100% as required.
