Job summary

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II for the Miami, FL site to support multiple studies across diverse therapeutic areas. You will plan start-up activities, prepare trial files, recruit and screen subjects, and coordinate visits while upholding GCP standards and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have a nursing background or a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of clinical research experience (2+ preferred), and strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• RN license or Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Clinical Research certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH and study regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-up activities, maintain TMF, and review protocol documentation.
• Recruit, screen, and consent potential participants; schedule and conduct site visits.
• Enter study data, monitor safety, and assist with AE/SAE reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and SOP adherence across multiple trials.
