Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to oversee day-to-day coordination of Phase I-III interventional trials and observational studies across community sites. You will manage participant screening, enrollment, visits, and data collection with a focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years’ experience in a clinical research or cancer registry environment with regulatory or human research protections.
• Ability to synthesize study conduct and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of clinical trials records, procedures, and data processing systems.
• Experience working with NIH, FDA and OHRP regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily clinical operations of assigned studies in line with protocols, GCP, and institutional policies.
• Support study startup and site activation activities, including regulatory documentation collection and training.
• Develop and maintain study tools, forms, and workflows to support protocol implementation.
• Provide education and training to clinic staff, participants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate patient enrollment, eligibility review, consent, and enrollment records.
