Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II in Spokane, WA to coordinate trials from start-up through close-out. You will work with participants, investigators, sponsors, CROs, monitors, and internal teams to ensure protocol adherence, safety, data integrity, and inspection-ready documentation.

The role requires 1+ year of CRC experience with GCP, EDC data entry, and strong knowledge of clinical trial operations including consent, HIPAA, and ICH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in health, science, or related field.
• 1+ years as a Clinical Research Coordinator with GCP experience.
• Experience with participant visits, source documentation, EDC data entry and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, informed consent, HIPAA and ICH guidelines.
• Current CITI Human Subjects Protection training or ability to complete before delegation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial activities from startup to close-out.
• Conduct participant visits per protocol, GCP, ICH and sponsor requirements.
• Track eligibility, enrollment, visit windows, milestones, and follow-up.
• Maintain audit-ready source documentation per ALCOA principles.
• Enter data into EDC and sponsor systems; support database-lock readiness.
• Identify protocol deviations, adverse events, and data-integrity issues.
• Support informed-consent processes under PI oversight and educate participants.
