Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-up and site readiness activities for studies.
• Prescreen patients and identify eligible participants.
• Obtain informed consent per ICH/GCP and protocol requirements.
• Coordinate subject visits and ensure protocol-defined windows are met.
• Collect, process, and ship laboratory specimens per protocol.
• Maintain accurate study files, logs, and patient records.
• Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
