Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline is required.
• 3–5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology is preferred.
• Certification such as CCRC or CCRP is preferred.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC systems, and standard office software.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply research protocols and clinic policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up to closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage complex visit schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments.
• Prepare for sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits and audits.
• Maintain study documentation and data entry timely.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and site SOPs.
• Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal teams.
