Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem is seeking a Clinical Studies Coordinator I to support the RESCUED research project. Under supervision, you will coordinate study activities, recruit participants, collect data, and maintain study documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical or research setting.
• Paramedical experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities and data collection for clinical studies.
• Support the principal investigator and healthcare professionals with study-related activities.
• Perform technical procedures with clinical study participants under direction.
• Assist with participant recruitment, referral tracking, and follow-up with referring physicians and laboratories.
• Maintain accurate study and participant records and eligibility status.
• Review medical-record information to understand past/current conditions.
• Develop study materials, data forms, reports, graphs, and presentations.
• Assist with data collection forms and coding processes for computerized data.
• Collaborate with faculty, coordinating centers, sponsors, and healthcare professionals.
• May supervise volunteers or other assigned personnel.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
