UT Southwestern seeks a PRN Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate patient and participant activities and data quality for multiple studies. The role focuses on coordinating regulatory information, scheduling procedures, and ensuring protocol adherence while supporting data collection and budgets as needed.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a medical/science field and at least 1 year of clinical research experience.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in medical or science related field.
• Experience: 1 year of clinical research experience; may consider additional years or advanced degree in lieu of education/experience.
• Licenses and Certifications: BLS CPR may be required; CPRAED/ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.

Aufgaben

• Interact with clinical research participants via telephone, telehealth or in-person.
• Coordinate regulatory aspects of trials to comply with FDA, University policies and protocols.
• Schedule study procedures per protocol and manage order sets.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects per protocol guidelines; assist with consent as needed.
• Develop and maintain CRFs and data collection tools; support study budgets and potential billing.
• Develop proficiency in trial management systems and EMR; maintain subject-level documentation.
