Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) invites applications for a Clinical Research Coordinator I supporting the NIH-funded HEALthy Brain and Child Development Study (HBCD) at CHOP. This role helps manage regulatory tasks, conduct study visits, and coordinate data collection across sites.

The ideal candidate has a foundation in clinical research, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under GCP and HIPAA guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of clinical or research experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Good time management and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of IRB and human subject protection.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to an IRB approved protocol and GCP standards.
• Participate in informed consent and enrollment of participants.
• Coordinate study visits, data capture, and regulatory documents.
• Register the study on ClinicalTrials.gov as appropriate.
• Maintain source documents and report adverse events.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure handling of confidential materials.
• Support multi-site communication and meeting scheduling.
