Job summary

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to support the Drug and Vaccine Allergy Program (UTSW-DVAP). The role involves coordinating IRB protocol maintenance, patient recruitment, and clinical visit coordination, with data collection and laboratory-based tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring data quality, assisting with study budgets, and supporting regulatory compliance across multiple studies under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medical or science related field.
• 1 year of clinical research experience.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly interacts with clinical research participants via telephone, telehealth or in-person.
• Coordinate regulatory aspects to comply with industry standards and policies.
• Coordinate and schedule study procedures per protocol and director oversight.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects per protocol; assist with consent.
• Maintain and coordinate data collection and develop CRFs or data tools.
