Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support multiple and complex research studies. The role centers on coordinating patient/participant interactions and data management across studies, under supervision of Investigators.

The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, protocol adherence, and collaboration with PI and study teams to ensure high-quality data and participant safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medical or science related field.
• 1 year of clinical research experience; may consider additional years or advanced degree in lieu of education or experience.
• BLS CPR AED licensure may be required based on study protocols; ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly interacts with clinical research participants, via telephone, telehealth or in-person.
• Coordinate regulatory aspects of the trial including maintaining regulatory information to comply with industry standards, University policies, FDA requirements or other hospital policies.
• Coordinate and schedule study procedures as per protocol; study protocols with order sets built may be pend by the non-licensed coordinator with PI oversight.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects according to protocol guidelines; assist with the consent process.
