Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a highly organized coordinator to refer and track research participant visits for MAP at the Knight Alzheimer Disease Research Center. You will assist investigators and liaise with staff, sponsors, and participants across multiple studies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and BLS certification. You will manage protocol adherence, consent processes, and data collection while coordinating schedules and reporting findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross) required.
• No specific work experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages all phases of study/protocol; ensures compliance with protocol guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Recruits and enrolls study participants; obtains informed consent and explains procedures to participants.
• Ensures timely completion of all protocol requirements (assessments, labs, procedures, treatments).
• Collects clinical data under clinical research protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
