Job summary

Washington University in St.Louis is seeking a Research Nurse Coordinator II to join the Memory and Aging Project (MAP). You will perform nursing assessments, collect health and family histories, conduct cognitive tests, and coordinate study procedures under PI guidance.

The role includes potential remote work up to 8 hours per week and occasional Saturdays, with responsibility for data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Registered Nursing required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in research and nursing care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct participant care and data collection under PI guidance.
• Educate participants and caregivers about dementia and related research.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions (IRB/HPO) and study workflows.
• Assist with enrollment, data entry, and source documentation.
• Supervise staff and coordinate multiple clinical trials.
