Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks a highly organized coordinator to refer and track research participant study visits for the Memory and Aging Project (MAP) within the Knight Alzheimer Disease Research Center.

You will assist investigators as a coordinator of a basic to moderately complex clinical research study; may manage multiple studies, acting as a liaison with the school, sponsor, community, and participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or combination of education and experience.
• Basic Life Support certification required (online certs not sufficient).
• No specific work experience required, but clinical research exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages all phases of study/protocol and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Recruits/enrolls participants and determines eligibility based on criteria.
• Manages data collection, scheduling, and reporting across MAP and related studies.
• Analyses adverse events and communicates with investigators and sponsors.
• Coordinates with participants, families, and clinical staff to complete protocol requirements.
