Job summary

Iterative Health is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to support daily trial activities, coordinate visits, and ensure protocol adherence. You will lead recruitment, manage CTMS documentation, and interact with participants and study teams.

Open to relocation, full-time position across US sites. Candidates typically have a Medical Assistant, LPN, or higher clinical degree with 1–2 years in clinical research, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply clinic policies and research protocols.
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical research experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials, ensuring protocol management.
• Lead patient recruitment activities, chart reviews and informed consent.
• Schedule visits and procedures per protocol; conduct patient visits.
• Distribute study medication, record vital signs and perform ECGs.
• Collect blood, process and ship specimens per protocol and regulations.
• Maintain CTMS data and study documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
