Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I in the Renal Division. The role supports identification of new diagnostic methods for acute kidney injury in critically ill patients and those undergoing heart surgery.

Under supervision, you will recruit and enroll patients, collect and manage data, coordinate with IRB, and assist investigators with analyses and manuscript preparation. This is a hybrid position based in Boston with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Ability to work independently and follow study protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve data-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist on clinical research studies per study guidelines and protocols.
• Create and implement recruitment strategies for studies.
• Recruit, evaluate, and enroll patients into clinical studies.
• Obtain biological samples from patients in the hospital.
• Collect data and maintain patient information databases; perform QA checks.
• Coordinate with IRB to maintain protocol approvals and regulatory docs.
• Assist investigators with conferences and manuscript preparation; support data tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
