Job summary

Dayton Physicians Network is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The CRC will manage trial activities from start-up to close-out, ensure compliance with protocols, FDA regulations, GCP/ICH and IRB requirements, and collaborate with study teams.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with EMR/EDC systems, and a commitment to patient safety. Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends, with opportunities for growth and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health-related field is required.
• Oncology/Hematology/Urology/Radiation Oncology clinical research experience preferred.
• GCP and IRB requirements familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trial activities from start-up to close-out for assigned trials.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documents, source documents, trial binders, and site files.
• Screen and enroll participants and manage enrollment activities.
• Schedule and lead monitoring visits, and communicate with CRO/CRA teams.
• Manage data entry for trials with accuracy and timeliness; maintain trial records.
• Coordinate with other departments and travel between locations as needed.
