Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support multiple regional projects within the Department of Medicine. You will create training documents, data collection tools, recruitment scripts, surveys, and preparatory materials; assist with data entry and basic figures, and draft IRB support and progress reports.

Travel across Orange County and Southern Los Angeles County may be required; all vaccines and health screenings are required for hospital and patient-area

Qualifications

• HS graduation and sufficient experience and demonstrated skills to successfully perform the assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create training and educational documents, data collection tools, recruitment scripts, surveys, and preparatory documents.
• Data entry and creation of basic figures and graphs; provide drafts for IRB support and progress reports.
• Support project activities including travel to recruitment and follow-up locations; transport swabs or samples as needed; perform chart reviews/redaction.
