University at Buffalo's Clinical Research Office is seeking a Research Coordinator to support multiple clinical studies, coordinating tasks, aiding investigators, and ensuring protocol compliance.

The role involves IRB materials, data collection, reporting, and liaison with investigators, sponsors, and vendors; a bachelor’s degree is required, nursing degree is encouraged. This on-site role is based at the Downtown Campus and offers a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Applicants must be familiar with clinical research procedures and methodology.
• Nursing degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research studies and tasks.
• Assist investigators in recruitment and retention of subjects.
• Guide day-to-day operations of assigned studies, ensuring adherence to protocol.
• Generate accurate reports for study progress and outcomes.
• Resolve queries in a timely manner with sponsors and vendors.
• Maintain contact with Principal Investigator, monitoring agency, sponsor, and contracted vendors.
• Generate IRB approved materials for distribution to study subjects and enrollment.
• Oversee implementation of research studies, data collection forms and surveys.
• Manage day-to-day project operations including procedures and systems.
• Assist Principal Investigator with administration of protocols, informed consents, screening, and records.
• Support the management of the CRO.
