Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support regional research projects under a Program Manager. You will create training materials, data collection tools, surveys, and protocol scripts, while assisting with data entry and basic figure generation.

Travel to recruitment sites in Orange County and Southern Los Angeles County may be required. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 2+ years of research experience and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in biological sciences or management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple regional research projects under the Program Manager.
• Develop training documents, data collection tools, surveys, and protocol scripts.
• Assist in IRB support and progress reports.
• Enter data and create basic figures/graphs.
• Travel in personal vehicle to recruitment and follow-up locations as needed.
