Job summary

The CRC will assist with pre-screening, data entry, lab processing, and study coordination, working closely with investigators, site staff, and sponsors to ensure compliant, efficient study execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience or two years as Clinical Research Assistant.
• Experience with various Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements; ability to implement effectively.
• Experience with data management processes and maintaining data integrity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist PI/SI and other CRCs with trial tasks like lab processing, data entry, subject pre-screening, recruitment, and scheduling.
• May lead on several studies from qualification to close-out.
• Set up the site, calibrate equipment, and order supplies to support productivity.
• Attend SQVs, SIVs, and monitoring visits; act as primary liaison for initiation readiness and patient enrollment.
• Support growth of the clinical research program at the site and with regional managers.
