Flourish Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support our Northridge, CA site. This onsite role offers a Monday-Friday day shift (40 hours/week) with compensation ranging from $30 to $33 per hour, depending on experience.

The position requires travel, adherence to GCPs and HIPAA, and collaboration with investigators and sponsors. The candidate will manage protocol visits, consent processes, CRS/eCRF completion, and maintain high-quality documentation while ensuring patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; however, not required.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and perform protocol visits and procedures.
• Document patient assessments, observations, and test results per regulations and GCPs.
• Obtain informed consent according to regulations and IRB requirements.
• Recruit qualified subjects to meet enrollment timelines while following ethics and guidelines.
• Schedule and conduct patient visits according to protocol timelines.
• Maintain accurate source documentation of visits and activities.
• Complete case report forms and sponsor worksheets accurately.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
