Job summary

The ideal candidate has CRC experience or related assistant experience, familiarity with EDC/CTMS/eTMF, and a Bachelor’s degree in science/health.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year CRC experience or two years Clinical Research Assistant.
• Experience with EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data management and GCDMP.
• Experience ensuring patient safety and data integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science/health.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PI/SI and other CRCs with lab processing, data entry, and subject pre-screening, recruitment, and scheduling.
• May be assigned as primary resource on several studies from qualification to close-out.
• Assist with setting up the site, calibrating equipment, and ordering supplies.
• Attend SQVs, SIVs, and monitoring visits with minimal support.
• Support growth of the clinical research program at the site.
• Support unblinded study responsibilities to ensure study success while preserving blinding.
