Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CRC experience or 2 years as CRC assistant.
• Experience with EDC/CTMS/eTMF systems.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data management and GCDMP.
• Commitment to patient safety and data integrity.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist PI/SI and other CRCs with trial tasks (lab processing, data entry, screening, recruitment, scheduling).
• Potential to own multiple studies from qualification to close-out.
• Set up site operations, calibrate equipment, and order supplies.
• Attend SQVs, SIVs, monitoring visits with the PI/SI as primary liaison.
• Support growth of the clinical research program with CRCs and regional managers.
• Assist with unblinded study responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ALCOA-C++, IRB protocols and other laws.
• Collaborate with PI/SI and staff to conduct studies compliantly.
