POSITION

We are seeking a Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator to join a dedicated team in Winter Park, FL. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day clinical trial activities while ensuring a positive and professional experience for every patient. You’ll play a key part in advancing clinical research while gaining exposure to various trial phases and therapeutic areas. Spanish fluency is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide patients through the informed consent process and support enrollment
• Carry out study visits and procedures according to protocol and GCP standards
• Perform blood draws, lab processing, and coordinate sample shipments
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in electronic systems
• Support site visits, monitor interactions, and communication with sponsors/CROs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Phlebotomy experience is essential; EKG experience a plus
• 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of FDA, GCP, and ICH guidelines
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and e-source systems
