Stanford University Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Division of Thoracic Surgery seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator Associate to coordinate moderately complex clinical studies and assist principal investigators and thoracic surgical residents with grant submissions and research manuscripts.

The successful candidate will support the coordination of at least four studies simultaneously, have knowledge of medical terminology, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends under

Qualifications

• Coordinate moderately complex clinical studies (min 4 concurrently).
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Assist PIs and residents with grant preparation and manuscripts.
• Work under close supervision of principal investigators.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of clinical studies and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Maintain study documents and ensure regulatory compliance (IRB, etc.).
• Assist in drafting and submitting grants and research manuscripts.
• Collaborate with thoracic surgical residents and research staff.
• Communicate progress and issues to study teams and PI.
