ALIVATION RESEARCH, LLC in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support behavioral health trials, manage study visits, and maintain regulatory documentation in a patient-centered environment. You will interact with sponsors, coordinate data entry, and ensure compliance with GCP and EMR workflows while contributing to a collaborative team that values compassion and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree or Medical Experience preferred.
• Proficient Medical Terminology.
• Knowledge of GCP Regulations.
• Familiar with EMR Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports and implements the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments.
• Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.
• Implements Phase II, III and IV pharmaceutical, device, and non-interventional research trials in accordance with GCP guidelines.
• Recruitment of patients to participate in research studies in person and over the phone, schedules patient visits, prepares for patient visits, conducts patient visits, and completes data entry after each visit.
• Manages a caseload of patients on a variety of studies.
• Perform/assist with safety assessments during patient visits (height, weight, BP, temperature, respiratory, ECG, blood draw, urine collection).
• Completes data entry after each visit, including sponsor queries.
• Maintains excellent communication with manager, team, sponsor, and IRB.
• Meticulously documents all patient correspondence.
• Periodically attends investigator meetings out of state.
• Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned.

JOB TITLE: Clinical Research Coordinator

STATUS: Regular Full-Time

If you have a passion for delivering excellent patient care as well as furthering science through pharmaceutical and device research studies, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will play an important role on our team as a coordinator who is entrusted with learning a variety of different Behavioral Health Research trials, maintaining documentation for research studies, engaging with sponsors, conducting research trial visits with patients, and maintaining effective communication with the research team and providers in the clinic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Job Description Available Upon Demand)

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Three Years Working In A Clinical Research Setting

COMPENSATION:

$22-$25+ DOE
