Stryde Research is expanding on the East Coast with Trial Horizon. We hire someone early in their career to learn physician business development from the ground up, coached by our team.

You’ll visit specialty medical practices, build relationships with front desk staff and practice managers, and support outreach while gaining hands-on experience in clinical research. No prior clinical research experience required; we value organization, coachability, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• Foundational business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and basic sales pipeline management.
• Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret information about sponsors, therapeutic areas, and market trends.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional emails, presentations, and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Interest in clinical research and biopharma, with a commitment to patient-centric values and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work on-site in NJ area, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Visit specialty medical practices and build relationships with front desk staff and practice managers.
• Schedule meetings between leadership and physicians interested in research.
• Keep CRM updated and follow up on time.
• Support outreach campaigns and community events.
• Within a year, learn how to convert a doctor from never heard of you to signed research partner.
