Job summary

AbbVie in Orlando is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator/CRA to advance our pipeline by partnering with investigators and site staff to drive trial success. You will focus on site engagement, data integrity and patient safety, while ensuring protocol compliance and quality deliverables.

You will train and motivate site personnel, coordinate with central monitoring, and manage site relationships to support efficient trial execution and robust data capture.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred
• Experience in clinical research coordinating or data management preferred
• Ability to understand and apply scientific concepts to clinical trials
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and local regulations
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and engage stakeholders
• Align and motivate site staff and PI with trial goals and patient treatment principles
• Conduct site evaluation, training and monitoring in line with protocol and GCP
• Develop site engagement strategy and use CRM tools to report progress
• Understand protocol, patient journey and recruitment strategies for trials
• Monitor site performance and patient safety in collaboration with the Central Monitoring team
• Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Identify and evaluate potential investigators/sites with supervision
• Ensure timely, high-quality data submission and safety reporting by sites
• Maintain audit and regulatory inspection readiness at sites
• Manage investigator payments per contract obligations
