Job summary

ICON is seeking an EMT/Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant (Medical Research Associate) to join our San Antonio, on-site team. The role focuses on delivering high-standard clinical research operations and data handling within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating trials, literature support, data entry, and preparing reports. Candidates should have relevant medical certifications and strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills for effective stakeholder

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with medical assistant training/certification or allied health certification.
• Certified Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant OR EMT with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to data collection and documentation.
• Proficiency with research software and tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with researchers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing clinical trials and research studies, including data collection and management.
• Support the research team with literature reviews, data entry, and analysis to inform study protocols and findings.
• Maintain accurate and organized research documentation, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to study timelines.
• Assist with preparing research reports, manuscripts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
