Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–8 years of post-college laboratory experience.
• Experience with in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) systems, diagnostic testing or method validation.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP/Design Control guidelines.
• Experience designing experiments and analyzing data; writing technical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support Ventana projects.
• Apply technical expertise to design, execute, and interpret complex scientific experiments.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, study protocols, data summaries, and lab documentation.
• Present experimental findings and align results with internal department and cross-functional teams.
• Follow all GMP, GLP, and Design Control guidelines.
