Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support Ventana projects.
• Apply technical expertise to design, execute, and interpret complex scientific experiments.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, study protocols, data summaries, and lab documentation.
• Present experimental findings and align results with internal department and cross-functional teams.
• Follow all GMP, GLP, and Design Control guidelines.

• Hands-on experience with in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) systems, diagnostic testing, or method validation.

• Proven capability in experimental design, quantitative data analysis, and writing technical protocols.

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Experience with companion diagnostics (CDx) assays or pharmaceutical partnership projects.

As part of the Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS) team, you will drive clinical innovation by developing advanced in-vitro diagnostics and laboratory efficiency tools. Working closely with Ventana project teams, you will exercise technical expertise to design precision assays, evaluate diagnostic data, and help deliver personalized, life-saving insights for global patient care. This role is ideal for a results-driven scientist looking to bridge the gap between complex laboratory experimentation and commercial healthcare solutions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to actively support Ventana projects.
• Exercise technical expertise and professional discretion in the design, execution, and quantitative interpretation of complex scientific experiments.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, study protocols, data summaries, and accurate laboratory documentation in electronic files.
• Present experimental findings, discuss data trends, and align results within the internal department and cross-functional project teams.
• Follow all established company policies and regulatory procedures including GMP, GLP, and Design Control guidelines.
