Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–4 years of post-college lab/research experience.
• Ability to independently conduct experiments, analyze results, and document findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.
• Familiarity with laboratory quality and documentation practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, and laboratory experiments to support projects.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments using technical expertise and scientific judgment.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss experimental results with department and project teams.
• Maintain familiarity with relevant scientific literature and contribute to technical knowledge.
• Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company policies/procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate laboratory records and electronic documentation.
• May independently lead or serve as principal investigator for assigned experiments.
