Job summary

Actalent in Novi, MI is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support data management and clinic coordination for oncology trials. You will assist with screening, consent, specimen collection, and patient follow-up, working closely with physicians and a small research team.

The role involves EPIC and various EDC systems, with on-site duties at the Novi cancer center and occasional travel to other sites. Prior clinical research experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical research experience with trial terminology.
• Experience with data management and clinic workflows.
• Familiarity with EPIC and EDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily trial activities focusing on data management and patient care.
• Perform chart reviews to identify eligible participants.
• Recruit and pre-screen patients for trials per criteria.
• Assist in informed consent discussions with physicians.
• Coordinate specimen collection and follow-up activities.
• Enter data into EDC systems accurately and timely.
• Attend team meetings and support study operations.
• Travel occasionally between cancer centers as needed.
