Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical office experience or equivalent preferred.
• Phlebotomy skills are preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent task management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient use of office equipment and software.
• Ability to be ambulatory most of the workday.
• Physically able to lift and move equipment/patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clinical tasks to support study activities.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and SOPs.
• Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Assist with patient retention and study visits scheduling.
• Handle specimen labeling, storage, and shipment per protocol.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation of activities.
• Support data collection: vitals, EKG, weights, etc.
• Conduct subject interviews and assist with consent processes.
• Triaging calls and coordinating study preparation for visits.
• Collaborate with CRCs, Lab, Data Management and sponsors.
