Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical office experience or equivalent preferred.
• Phlebotomy skills preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient knowledge of operating office equipment and software.
• Ambulatory work capability.
• Ability to lift/transfer/push equipment and patients as required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory and site requirements, reporting deviations and SAEs as needed.
• Monitor & report adverse events and safety concerns per FDA/IRB requirements.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines (GCP, FDA, SOPs).
• Assist in subject retention, engagement, and communication.
• Perform inventory management of study supplies and lab kits.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation of study activities.
• Conduct clinical data collection (vital signs, EKG, weights).
• Conduct subject interviews and assist with chart retrieval and file organization.
• Develop rapport with sponsors, monitors, and study participants.
